Become a Corporate Partner
We could not have established the Pensions Archive Trust without the ongoing financial support of donors from across the pensions industry, and we are grateful to all our corporate partners for standing with us in our work.
Businesses and organisations who are interested in supporting our work are invited to contribute annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions or make a one-off donation. Annual subscriptions of three to five years are especially helpful for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

Become a Friend of PAT
We are also very grateful to individuals who choose to support our work in their personal capacity by becoming a Friend of PAT.
Friends normally give a set amount on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually etc); there are various ways to do this and the Trust can claim Gift Aid on donations from individuals who pay Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the UK, making it especially helpful. Friends can cancel their support at any time if they choose to.
We are committed to keeping our Friends informed of news and developments, and warmly invite them to attend various PAT events throughout the year.
To become a Friend, we simply ask you to make an annual donation to PAT of at least £25. To make a donation or set up a Standing Order, please contact us.

Volunteer
If you have relevant expertise and are willing to offer your time, we would love to hear from you as there may well be a project which you could assist with. One highly valuable resource PAT created is the Research Guide to the pensions’ material held across the LA, and this was all thanks to a volunteer, Malcolm Deering.
In 2011 Malcom Deering worked with the Trust’s archivist to search the extensive business collections already held at the London Metropolitan Archives with the goal of unearthing the pensions-related material and compiling it into a comprehensive guide. The Guide covers a range of material relating to pensions and other forms of provision for old age and includes documents from collections including Whitbread and Company Limited, Courage, Barclay and Simmonds (Brewers); The Baltic Exchange, The Press Association, Royal Scottish Corporation, and the Corporation of London.
